TOY FAIR PREVIEW I Simba Smoby Toys UK presents new range of B-Kind dolls, plus outdoor toys and more – ToyNews
Simba Smoby Toys UK invites buyers and retailers to stop by the London Toy Fair 2022 stand for a spectacular showcase that includes a host of new lines from Smoby, Jada Toys and B-Kind.
The new collection of B-Kind dolls was designed not only to be eco-friendly, but also to promote positive messages of kindness, creativity and compassion. Available from January, the dolls are produced to be eco-responsible, made from recycled materials and dressed in eco-friendly fashions; the packaging is also environmentally friendly. B-Kind dolls come in reusable packaging – a ribbon that acts as a box handle can then be used as a wristband, and families can use the packaging to build their own kindness chart, a space to share goals for kindness through drawings, photos, and more.
The range launches with five characters: Brianna, Koral, Ivy, Nora and Daisy (BKIND). The dolls encourage creativity through DIY play that reflects their passions for going green, saving the oceans, ending bullying, and more. Each B-Kind doll features a craft activity, such as making an upcycled outfit for the doll and creating a set of BFF bracelets.
The company’s trusted Smoby brand is a one-stop-shop for toddlers, with playhouses, ride-ons, outdoor toys and more. New for 2022 is the Sweet Corner Playhouse, which resembles an ice cream parlour. Customers will be invited to place their orders at the window, then children can pretend to play while preparing and serving their treats. The garden kitchen will also be on display, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill, fryer and sink with water pump, as well as all the tools and accessories needed to organize a barbecue evening.
Jada Toys’ Hollywood Rides range celebrates the best in action movie merchandising with scale replicas of the most memorable wheels. With The Batman slated for release in March, fans can expect new 1:32 and 1:24 scale replicas for SS22. Plus, there are a lot of new additions to the Fast & Furious collection. With a fleet of cars from the eight-film franchise already available to collect, fans will want to add 2022’s newest additions to their collections, which include new 1:16 scale RC lines – Dom’s Dodge Charger and Brian’s Toyota – and the never-before-seen Light and Sound 1:18 scale die-cast cars with light-up headlights and engine sounds: Brian’s 1995 Toyota Sypra and Dom’s Lykan Hypersport. The Jada Toys range will also see an all-new 1:24 scale DC Comics Bombshells collection, as well as new additions from the world of Marvel, and more.
Simba Smoby will be at stand B50 at London Toy Fair, Olympia, 25-27 January. For more information email [email protected] or call 01620 674 778.
