The Entertainer’s Afghanistan toy store support

The Entertainer Toy Store is teaming up with a charity to support the Afghanistan Appeal.

The UK’s largest family-owned toy retailer, with branches in Workington and Carlisle, will support the Christian Aid Afghanistan appeal over the coming weeks.

The company hopes to raise thousands of pounds for the charity, while encouraging families across the UK to learn more about the current landscape of Afghanistan.

The Entertainer’s founder and executive chairman, Gary Grant, has already donated £ 25,000 to the appeal through the Grant Foundation and is calling on The Entertainer’s clients to join the campaign.

The facilitator will invite families to purchase coloring sheets at their local store or download online, which contain child-friendly information on ongoing efforts in Afghanistan to support displaced families.

For every coloring sheet submitted in store or on The Entertainer’s Facebook page using the hashtag #TheEntertainerAppeal, The Entertainer will donate £ 1 * to Christian Aid to support the appeal for Afghans.

All donations will help provide Afghan families with emergency food, shelter and blankets.

The call will run January 6-23, and the coloring sheets can be picked up in store or downloaded online at https: //www.Visit thetoyshop.com/boredom-busting-hub
